These elements provide superior corrosion resistance, especially to chloride stress corrosion cracking. Mechanically, Super Duplex Steel exhibits high strength (yield strength of 550-700 MPa) and excellent toughness. It has outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, along with high resistance to erosion and fatigue. These properties make it ideal for harsh marine, chemical, and offshore environments.
