These fittings exhibit excellent corrosion resistance, especially in seawater and acidic environments. Their mechanical properties include a tensile strength of 70-85 ksi, yield strength of 30-45 ksi, and elongation of 35-50%. Monel fittings also have high hardness, typically 90 HRB, and good weldability, making them suitable for marine, chemical, and power generation applications.
